We operate on an honest and open business model. As your General Contractor, my job is not just to build walls, but to be your trusted representative on the job site.
- Fixed 20% Management Fee: You will always know exactly where your budget is going. We charge a standard 20% fee of the total project cost for full management, quality control, and process organization.
- Total Oversight: I personally oversee every stage of work—from the foundation pour to the final interior finishes—ensuring that everything meets or exceeds Washington State building codes.
- Trusted Subcontractors: For specialized stages that we do not perform in-house (such as complex electrical, plumbing, or drywall taping), we bring in only reliable, licensed professionals with whom we have worked for years.
What’s Included in Our Turnkey Service:
- Foundation & Site Prep: Organization and supervision of all earthwork and concrete foundation pouring.
- Professional Framing: We build the structural skeleton of the home ourselves, ensuring perfectly straight walls and a solid build.
- Exterior Envelope: Installation of energy-efficient windows and doors, professional siding (LP Lap or vinyl), and roofing to fully protect the home from the elements.
- Interior Systems & Finishing: Coordination of all utilities and the execution of high-end finishing work, including vinyl flooring, custom tile, and trim.
- Inspections & Delivery: We accompany the project through every inspection stage to ensure the home is officially approved and ready for move-in.
